What is it about?

This is a new modality of our Home Staging service, besides our regular service. We are aware that sometimes sellers count on a limited budget, are used to a DIY (Do It Yourself), or simply want a professional opinion to roll their sleeves up. For this reason, we offer the consultation service.

Types of consultation

WALK & TALK (VERBAL)

• Meet the owners in the property.

• Make suggestions/recommendations of the changes to make in every room.

• Seller takes own notes of the changes to make to do the home staging in a detailed manner.

• Once the changes are done, Mogo takes pictures for publication.

WRITTEN REPORT

• Meet the owners in the property.

• Make suggestions/recommendations of the changes to make in every room.

• Mogo takes pictures to evaluare the property and takes notes.

• Elaboration of a detailed report of all the changes to make in every room.

• Report handout.

• Once the changes are done, Mogo takes pictures for publication.
